 A small group of 4 members with a dedicated personal trainer adapting exercises to help each individual work towards their personalised goals.
In essence, it’s as simple as it sounds – personal training delivered in a small group. For us, 4 clients is the sweet spot for focused attention and results.

Our program is designed for locals to get fit and healthy with friends in their own community. Our certified trainers guide you through every session, ensuring correct form and motivating you to push your limits.
