I specialize in helping boardroom and field athletes achieve their goals and have recently obtained my CrossFit L1 Trainer certification. Currently, I'm engaged in pursuing my MSc in Strength & Conditioning, with a particular focus on volume power training and repeated sprints in speed & power athletes.
Outside of my studies, I work as a strength & conditioning coach for the Jamaica 7's Rugby team, preparing them for upcoming tournaments.

Mark has worked in the health and wellness industry for more than 20 years.
Having been professionally coached in martial arts since the age of 3, Mark has competed in Allstar mixed martial arts heavyweight championships and dreams of achieving a world title. His personal training clients include entertainment industry figures both sides of the Atlantic. Mark espouses a holistic philosophy, believing that one size does not fit all. With discussion and understanding from both sides, anything is possible.
