Opening hours and the programme of classes or sessions will be displayed at the studio and, as far as possible, advance notice will be given of any amendments. As far as possible, advance notice will be given. No refunds will be given for these periods.
You should ensure that you have completed a pre-exercise waiver before using the fitness studio and that you are physically fit and capable of undertaking any exercise within the studio. Not all exercises are suitable for everyone, and any exercise or class may result in injury. You accept the risk of injury from performing a normal routine of exercise.
