Our masterclasses are small group classes taught by coaches who specialise in that field of health and fitness.
We like to pay close attention to our members and that’s why we believe in limiting our classes or a limit of no more than 6 members per classes.
This means the instructor can pay closer attention to each class attendee, coach better and get better results.

Small group session of short burst intense interval training with short recovery periods - Designed to get your heart rate up, build stamina & burn calories
This class is a slower, all-levels, alignment-focused flow, featuring grounding breath work and ending with some relaxing yin inspired stretches. Designed to bring balance to the body and the mind while cultivating strength, flexibility, and sense of calm. You'll stretch and lengthen every muscle in your body in a gentle way and release connective tissues with the longer holds.
Suitable for all levels and those new to yoga, this class will leave you feeling blissed out, balanced and ready for a deeply relaxing evening ahead.

Small Group Session : A mix of cardio intervals on rowing machines, Ski erg and Assault bikes combined with traditional body building, strength exercises using kettlebells, dumbbells and slam balls. A varied session delivered on different stations, giving you a full spectrum workout.
