Our masterclasses are small group classes taught by coaches who specialise in that field of health and fitness.
We like to pay close attention to our members and that’s why we believe in limiting our classes or a limit of no more than 6 members per classes.
This means the instructor can pay closer attention to each class attendee, coach better and get better results.
This class is a slower, all-levels, alignment-focused flow, featuring grounding breath work and ending with some relaxing yin inspired stretches. Designed to bring balance to the body and the mind while cultivating strength, flexibility, and sense of calm. You'll stretch and lengthen every muscle in your body in a gentle way and release connective tissues with the longer holds.
Suitable for all levels and those new to yoga, this class will leave you feeling blissed out, balanced and ready for a deeply relaxing evening ahead.
